I called to inquire about a property near IMG; Adam Cuffaro answered the phone and that proved to be our lucky day. We met and instantly could sense that he was a friendly, warm, pressure free agent. He immediately set up condo viewings. Our daily visits were akin to visiting condos with a family member who had all the information relating to the condos. He was able to work with us as well as distantly located lawyers and finance people to bring our selection to a speedy conclusion. After our experience, my wife and I feel as though we gained a new member of our family.

Trina and I were very pleased, from the moment we talked with Adam on the phone, and meeting him in person. He is excellent; extremely helpful with listing, marketing, showings, with our family being in Canada/USA, and his help was well needed with all the paper work in so many ways. Adam Cuffaro is the best real estate agent we have ever worked with--beyond a doubt. He is honest. He is realistic. He is patient and thoughtful, and he has incredible integrity. We were so lucky to find him when we showed up at his open house. Throughout the process of buying our house, Adam was there, every step of the way. He was never unavailable, and that made all the difference since we were in one state and he was in another. He spent many hours helping us along the way, often when he wasn't really required to--but that's just one of the many ways he is a cut above the rest. He's also an all around good guy, so you will always have the comfort of knowing you are in good hands. We are pleased (and grateful) to give Adam the highest possible recommendation.

I had the pleasure of working with Adam on selling my mother's condo, and I do not live in FL. Unfortunately, during the selling process we discovered there was work that needed done on the condo in order to sell it. I did not know how I was going to get the work done because I was not there to let all of the contractors into the unit. Adam told me not to worry, he would take care of everything and he did. He even helped coordinate many of the service calls that had to be made. After the work was completed, he got the condo sold and closed within 10 days. I would highly recommend Adam to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a property in the area.

We recently purchased a townhome at IMG and Adam did a superb job. He was thorough, professional, very responsive and has unparalleled experience in this market. Without Adam, we would not have even known this property was coming up on the market and would never have been able to move so fast. Not being from the area, we found his expertise to be invaluable and his insights translated into real savings for us. Overall, Adam provided excellent service and provided real value. I would not consider using anyone else and I highly recommend him.
