From the first step to the final completion of the transaction Adam showed his intimate knowledge of the details of the profession. It showed in the listing, showings, negotiations, updates and the final closing. I dealt with many real estate professionals as i moved a lot and own quite a few rentals. Adam and Lenka where absolutely the best! This team is very knowledgeable of the area and zeroed in on our needs immediately. Meeting with us the same day of our call and working with the listing agent for a walk through asap. We have purchased many properties in the past but never in Florida. Meeting Adam and Lenka was like meeting with a lifelong friend that would do anything for you. The two of them went above and beyond to take care of our requests, always taking calls and setting up anything we requested. Adam is the most comprehensive agent I have met, with intimate knowledge of the area, completely accessible day and night throughout the closing, and extremely organized to make the move smooth with simple things like a utility list, key cards for the gate, and all the little details that make moving so tough. He is a superb listener and truly helps you narrow down the best properties for your “wish list” in the most efficient way possible. Adam helped us close on new our house during the middle of the recent pandemic while we were out of state. He was literally our “boots on the ground” and made us feel so much better about a very unexpected situation. He went above and beyond in every way imaginable! I have known Adam and his team for several years. They have done an excellent job for us. Since my son has been at IMG Academy, we had rented through a member on his team, we have sold a home with Adam directly and we are now a home buyer with Adam as our agent. In all these cases, I feel like he knows the Bradenton area market extremely well and goes above and beyond for his clients. He and his team have been a true pleasure to work with for many years.
